Clerk of the Circuit Court The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, is the keeper of the records for the Court. In this role, the Clerk records court decisions and events, handles fines, bail bonds and other financial transactions and provides the court system with supportive services such as record storage, microfilming and automation.
